Just Dance

You may already be familiar with the "Just Dance" game for the Wii game console. For those who don't know, you try to follow along to the dancers and the music on the screen and emulate their moves for points. While they don't actually have a Wii at preschool, sometimes they find the videos on YouTube and play them for the kids to dance along to. With how well she knows these songs and dance moves, they must do it quite often! Sorry there are so many; it was such entertainment for us last night. I suppose no one else things others' children are as funny as the parents do, but hopefully you'll enjoy at least a couple of these. You'll have to excuse my croaking and coughing on the videos; I have bronchitis. What Makes You Beautiful Dynamite 1 Dynamite 2 Part of Me Call Me Maybe I Was Made for Loving You

Silly Sunday and then on to Christmas

Dana and I had five days off in a row with the time off we took around Thanksgiving and including the weekend. It sure went by quickly! We had a wonderful time with family and friends celebrating Thanksgiving. We did take Brynn in to the doctor  yesterday as she has had a lingering cough and stuffy/running nose off and on. Turns out she has a sinus  infection. Today was a great day for lying low around home, catching up on rest, playing and being silly....which is exactly what we were up to here. Excuse the peekaboo underwears. Papa Kim cut out some ornaments and gave them to Brynn with a paint set as a gift last year. We had put them away with the Christmas stuff and right in the middle of getting the tree out, Brynn had to stop and paint all the ornaments. :-) We've never had a live tree...before this year! Brynn wanted to be our real Christmas tree...even though it was one that came in a box apparently. She's always telling us "...

Happy Thanksgiving 2012

We had a another great Thanksgiving this year. We hosted again at our house which is always a lot of fun for us. Brynn had a lot of fun playing with the cousins and was happy to have both sets of grandparents around. Brynn is ready now to move into the Christmas season and hopes that we will set up our tree tomorrow. Benjamin with his turkey hat. So cute. Not a very good photo, but I had to try to get a shot of her painting her toe nails. It was so cute. She is such a girly girl. First Santa sighting of the year. He was at Wal-mart today. Brynn was very excited to see him and tell him about a Cinderella hair shop doll thing she found right in Wal-mart.

Holiday Lights Parade

Dana with Reagan and Brynn in the pool at the Holiday Inn last weekend. Tonight we went to the Holiday Lights Parade downtown. It was chilly and the parade kind of got off to a slow start, but it was still fun. We met our friends Sarah and Nathan there and during the parade ran over to Moxie Java for a warm-up hot chocolate. Brynn was speechless to see the Cat in the Hat! She watches him every morning while she's eating her breakfast. Here comes Santa Claus!

Western Day

Yesterday was Western Day at preschool. It was so funny; all the kids were very excited. Yee haw! Brynn and the head teacher, Becca.
