Water Weekend

We had another great weekend in the water! My sister's in-laws were nice enough to have us out at their lake place again on Tamarac Lake. Brynn and I had our first ride on Super Mabel...and it was awesome! It's like riding on a couch on the water.  Brynn even rode on my jet ski with me quite a bit and the cousins had a gre at time playing together again. Brynn got so tired out, I couldn't even change her into her PJs before she crawled into bed that night. She woke up a little confused as to why she still had her clothes on. We celebrated Father's Day with Dana by hanging out at home. Brynn spent most of the day in her new pool. We had such a fun day together; we didn't even eat one meal in our kitchen. We made Daddy breakfast in bed for Father's Day which ended up with all three of us eating in bed together. It was so nice outside, we had lunch and supper "poolside." ;-) Brynn made a kite for Dana at daycare and was pretty proud to give it to him yes...

Cousin Love

Last weekend we were invited to Tamarac Lake where my sister's in-laws have a cabin. Brynn had such a fun time playing with her cousins (as usual!) and her cousins' cousins. :-) And I'm happy to report Brynn has lost her fear of her 4-wheeler...thanks to Reagan and Elise. I knew if she saw Reagan ride on it, Brynn wouldn't be afraid anymore. So, today Brynn rode around our yard and back and forth to the park for a long time. Yay! (Click on the individual pics to view them larger and better quality.)   Getting loves from Reagan. (I love this one!)   Lisey Lou! Lisey contemplates her route on the 4-wheeler. Uncle Dana hooked up a rope to assist her when she got herself into a sticky situation. Of course, the girls thought they needed to "help," too. Tag!

Memorial Weekend

Busy playing in her room wearing her favorite dress. She wears this dress just about everyday. Showing off her manicure. Movie night! Auntie Shelly & Uncle Lester came to spend the night over the weekend. We had lots of fun reminiscing. Brynn showed them every outside toy she owns.

Back Outside

The weather has been so great this week; Brynn has loved being back outside again. In fact, one of her daycare buddies moved into a house near our neighborhood, and so they meet up at the park to play sometimes. He refers to himself as Batman and Brynn obliges him and addresses him as such. She already always asks me to go to the park everyday, and now she asks if Batman is there, too.(Click on each photo to view them larger and in better quality.) Did NOT want to cooperate with taking pictures. Are you still there? Making breakfast for "Bird Bob," a bird she found in the yard. Pretty sure the name came from my mom's cat, Bob. :-) "Here's your breakfast, Bird Bob!" Each morning I leave before Brynn and Dana. This is what I see when I come home for lunch everyday. She always puts her "friends" to bed for the day before leaving for daycare. That's one long nap. Brynn being silly while we ate supper outside tonight. She...

Busy Saturday

We had a very busy day this past Saturday: Brynn got her first big haircut ; we said good -bye to our cat, Fatty; we attended Kite Day at a nearby park; went to a friend's birthday party in Hawley, and drove to Grandpa and Grandma Froemming's to celebrate Mother's Day. It was a great weekend, but a little sad when Fatty left. Mother Hen Brynn was trying hard to comfort me when she noticed I was a little sad and missing Fatty. That conversation went something like this: Brynn (noticing some tears coming from Mom): "Mom, are you sad?" Me: "Yes, a little bit. But, it's okay." Brynn: "Why?" Me: "Well, I just miss Fatty." Brynn (patting my am): "Oh...do you want some ice cream?" Ha ha. You could tell she wanted to be able to do something for me, but she couldn't quite figure out what. Sounded like a good solution to me. She did well for her haircut. They let her watch Dora and she got a sucker, so at ...
