Merry Christmas: Part Three

Our third Christmas celebration was at Grandpa and Grandma Oberg's house. The first picture is of Brynn with her Great Great Grandma Peterson. Grandma will be 100 in April! Five Generations

Merry Christmas: Part Two

Today we were at Grandma Froemming's house to celebrate Christmas. Brynn ate duck for the first time and seemed to really like it. She opened some more presents and hung out with cousins. We have a little plumber in the family. I couldn't resist with this one! This is Dana's cousin Janelle's daughter, Ellie.

Merry Christmas: Part One

Brynn had a great first Christmas. This was our year to be with Dana's side. Next weekend over New Year's we will celebrate with Tara's family. In between then we have two more Christmas celebrations this weekend, so check back for more updates as the festivities continue! We hope everyone had a great Christmas! Great-Grandma Oberg helping Brynn with her shoes before church. What is it, Brynn? It's a preemie Cabbage Patch, Joy Marta, from Uncle Jason & Auntie Christel! Brynn's baby doll from Grandpa and Grandma. She wanted to steal the baby's pacifier. Activity table from Mama & Papa. Brynn in her little blocks wagon.

Brynn Meets Santa

Today we made it to the mall so Brynn could see Santa. It was so cute! He was a really good Santa. She didn't cry and didn't seem to be scared of him; she just kind of looked at him like, "who are you?" Brynn asked him for her two front teeth...or any teeth at all...for Christmas. :-)

Ducky and Cow

This weekend we were visiting friends in St. Cloud. Brynn and her friend, Zander, took a bath together. They were so cute!

10 Months Old!

One day I will go back to posting actual pictures. Until then, here is more video... Brynn was a crazed cantaloupe eater today. She couldn't get enough of the stuff. No children were harmed in the making of this video...at least not permanently.

Crikey!

Brynn wasn't the only one who dressed up for Halloween. Dana was the late Steve Irwin, better known as The Crocodile Hunter.

More Video: Dancing Queen

Watch out! Now I am getting into the video recording! Brynn used to "dance" and just move back and forth, but now just this week she shakes her head around. It's pretty funny. She was getting her whole body into it today. And this is a showcase of her "crawling." Even though she is not full fledged crawling yet, we still better watch out because she can pretty much go anywhere now. At the end of the video: yes, those are my sweat pants; and yes, they are that saggy. :-P

Better than pictures...

...is video! We finally got around to digging out our video camera to get Brynn footage. How sad it has taken us almost 10 months! (Sorry it's such low res. We had to set it at a lower quality so that it would load onto the blog.) Brynn came to Mama's work and Trick-or-Treated there with the other kids. After we got home we went out up and down our block. She seemed to have a good time. She was so cute! Our friend Karlie came to Trick-or-Treat and then we just stayed home and handed out candy. Below are a couple excerpts of conversations I had with Trick-or-Treaters. Me: Are you a boy or a girl? (In my defense this child's costume wasn't much of anything and she had a skirt and other girly things on. However, she had extremely short hair, and was young enough that it was difficult to tell the difference. I also recognize that normally that is a pretty rude thing to ask someone, but I like to try and figure out what the kids' costumes are...anyway...) Boyish Girl: ...
