Mid-Winter Break

Last weekend we went to visit Christel & John to see their new house. Brynn buddied up to John the whole weekend. She went to the science museum and a hockey game with the guys. And had fun chasing the cats around the house. At the hockey game. Clara and White Cat checking each other out. Sunday morning snuggles with Grandpa. Brynn is on "Mid-Winter Break" from school which started yesterday and goes through tomorrow. I took Wednesday and Thursday off this week and Dana took tomorrow off to be home with the girls. We've been having a grand old time here at home. Yesterday Brynn had her well child check-up and did really well. She's still a petite peanut at only 44 lbs! But her doctor isn't concerned; she is still growing anyway.  She wanted to kick off her break by watching a movie on Tuesday night. Clara gets to sleep with a snuggly now. Although the blanket is about as big as a large napkin and made of muslin

Valentines

Happy belated Valentine's Day! We had a fun weekend. Brynn was able to decorate a box for her valentines at school. They had their party on Friday.     Clara playing On Saturday I had reserved a time slot at the Plains Art Museum to take Brynn's seven-year pics and Clara's six-month pictures. Pictures are OVER! Clara had her six-month check-up a week ago and is healthy and growing well! She weighs 14 lbs which puts her in the 16th percentile for weight and she is in the 44% percentile for length. I would have thought the opposite for height and weight. She is working on sitting up all by herself and can do so unassisted for short periods of time. No toothies yet. Just in the past week she has been more receptive to her baby food/cereal, so hopefully that continues. She sure loves to be around big sister and always is laughing and smiling at her. On Saturday night Brynn and I went to a West Fargo and Sheyenne Hi

Happy Birthday, Elise

Working on valentines.  This weekend we celebrated Elise's sixth birthday with her. As you can tell from her cake, she had a 'Frozen' theme. It was a great party! Everybody had fun playing Bingo. Mid-song Thank you, Tessa, for taking some generation pictures!
