Since we didn't have a chance to do Peep s'mores when we were at Tessa's house last, we were able to take home some Peeps to do on our own. Thanks, Auntie!
The girls had Friday off of school for the holiday, but were distance learning on Wednesday and Thursday again for school staff to receive vaccinations.
After they got their school work done on Wednesday, the girls dyed eggs.
Wednesday night the girls went to Grandpa and Grandma Froemmings' to stay until Dana and I were planning to join them later on Saturday.

It was our friend, Dave's, 40th birthday on Friday night, so we went out to celebrate at Rough Cut, an axe-throwing place in town. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was actually really fun.
Dana loaded up our four-wheelers on Saturday and we all headed out for a nice ride right when we got to Kevin and Holly's.
I was out early on Sunday morning looking for the Easter Bunny when I noticed the Son has risen. :-)

Was Easter Sunday like three years long?! Why does she look so old in this photo? |
On the hunt...
They found their Easter baskets outside.
He was still MIA when we returned on Sunday evening and all of us searched around again for him. We knew he had been in Clara's room and back behind the fridge again. We didn't have a lot of hope of finding him....or even alive anyway. That was until Dana was lying awake in bed on Monday evening trying to listen for the little critter and heard something scurrying down the hallway. He saw Mickey scurry into the spare bedroom and got him trapped behind the door. He woke me up and then we got Brynn up and were able to get him into a shoebox and back into his cage.
