Froemmings

What another successful Halloween! It was so much fun again this year. Brynn did a lot better with saying "Trick or Treat" and "Happy Halloween" this year. I dressed up too - big Minnie and little Minnie. We went trick-or-treating around our neighborhood, up and down each side of the block, and then went back home to pass out candy. We set out the candy bowl on the steps while we were out trick-or-treating. We watched from the first house we stopped at as a one little trick-or-treater stopped to pick out some candy. He started crying when get got up to our steps, so we thought perhaps he didn't like the kinds of candy we had set out. Including that one and the rest that stopped while we were actually home, we counted 48 trick-or-treaters.

Last weekend Dana's mom was visiting/staying with us and she, Brynn and I headed over to the pumpkin patch and festivities north of town. (This first picture is one Brynn took of Dana and me. We let her borrow our little point-and-shoot camera.)

Grandma Holly came for a visit this weekend. It was a great opportunity to go out and take some pics of Brynn, as Grandma is a wonderful distraction!

What another busy, but super-fun weekend for Brynn. On Friday she trekked to Hurdsfield for a movie and sleepover at cousins Reagan and Elise's house. Auntie Tessa took Reagan and Brynn to see 'The Smurfs" in the movie theater. I talked to Tessa at about midnight on Friday just to hear all the hilarity that ensued during their 'date.' We were laughing so hard. Reagan and Brynn each refer to other as each other's best friend now. It's so sweet.  Saturday Brynn came back to Fargo with Grandpa and Grandma Dietz. We went out to eat and came home where Brynn could show off her tap dancing to Grandpa and Grandma; and then tell all of us to 'settle down.' :-) Today we went to the Rheault Farm Fall Festival. It was gloomy, chilly and rainy this morning, but you wouldn't have known it by the afternoon. It was perfect weather.
