Brynn didn't have school on Friday, so Grandpa and Grandma Froemming came up to watch the girls. They had a fun day together...obviously. Ha.
Our friends from St. Cloud came to visit this weekend. The kids got on this kick of doing balloon animals and then got the idea to have a balloon stand out in the yard. I told them they couldn't sell them, but they could give away the creations. So, they loaded up the few that they had made with their table and sign and headed out to the front yard. Although I told them they couldn't ask for money, I anticipated that someone might offer them money, so I told them it was ok to accept money if someone wanted to pay for the balloons. They were barely set up when they had their first 'customer' who actually did pay two dollars for a caterpillar balloon for her grandson. Ha. Other 'customers' included a neighbor boy and the mailman. they had a fun time with it.
Daddy bought a 'work runner' this week and Clara was checking it out when we were all playing outside yesterday.

Of course there was not an abundance of sleep these past couple of nights, so I asked Brynn to lie down for a rest this afternoon. She was fightin' it, of course, so I was only a little surprised to see she actually did fall asleep for a bit.
