Clara was invited back to Robotics Club as an Expert Engineer to assist the new group. Even though Clara wasn't presenting a project, I went to watch the end-of-year presentations a couple of weeks ago.
We attended Dana's cousin's son's grad party and Brynn and I made it to her college roommate's (to be) party in Valley City.
Clara spent some time at Dead Lake over Memorial Weekend.
I sent her updates on me doing her laundry and cleaning up her room. Haha.
It was time again to surprise Clara at school for lunch! I had fun looking back at all the past years' videos. Mostly it's just us giggling. :-D I figured this was likely the last year that I'd be doing it since who knows what middle school will bring next year!
At the high school they held Chalkfest during Davies Day (where they have some fun activities they plan for all the students).
Here is Brynn's group's chalk art (first one below). And then I included some of the others posted on the school's social that were also really good, I thought!
The theme was 'growing up,' or something similar to that, so the illustrations were really centered around nostalgia, memories and popular things from the students' childhoods.
We made to Asian Night Market again at the Fargo Air Museum. Lots of good food and vendors. Adria came with Clara and me and Brynn met up with her friends there. They had a really good turnout this year.
